Quality Manager (f/m/d) Projects and Solutions

You'll make an impact by
- Collaborate with Project Management Coordinator to fulfill global Quality Management in Projects (QMiPs) staffing and ensure alignment across projects for efficient quality practices.
- Define and supervise Key Performance Indicators for the global Solutions QMiP team and support their success in minimizing Non-Conformance Costs (NCCs).
- Facilitate regular best practice and lessons learned sessions within the Solutions QMiP community and improve team efficiency through knowledge exchange.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to QMiP team, encouraging their professional growth and develop their skills in alignment with industry standard methodologies.
- Support definition and use of our project management tool in alignment with respective processes and provide input for improvement.
- Support global Project QMiP to perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA), ensure the implementation of improvement as well as preventive measures to drive operational excellence, and design and ensure comprehensive training programs tailored to Project QMiP to continuously enhance their skills.
- Ensure robust implementation of SQM processes globally and support regional countries in driving SQM initiatives.
- Support the supplier qualification process for solution and services and align supplier audit programs together with Project Procurement.
- Lead Quality Assurance Agreements (QAA) across regions and HQ in respective areas.
- Report directly to the Head of Quality Excellence and take part of the project management leadership circle.
Your defining qualities
- You have a master's degree in electrical engineering or equivalent, and you are a qualified auditor.
- You have an IPMA C or PM@Siemens level C certification and many years of experience in project execution and/or project coordination.
- You have worked in an international environment, have intercultural skills, and can work well with international partners and teams.
- You have experience in governance function, and you are passionate about quality.
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills and proficiency in German and English complete your profile.
