Transform the everyday with us

We are looking for Shipping Supervisor for 2nd Shift. This position will be based at our Grand Prairie facility.

You’ll make an impact by:

  • Primary responsibilities include Receiving, Storage, Inventory management, Delivery to Customers and working closely with Manufacturing, Purchasing, and Planning to support production while leading a team of 5-10 team members.
  • Directly interfacing with Manufacturing lines, Project Managers, and Carriers on a daily basis in order to accommodate LTL and FTL requirements.
  • Team’s ability to process customer orders safely and effectively [large high dollar equipment] for shipment with contracted carriers.
  • Handling team schedules and daily assignments.
  • Understanding and execution of SAP-WM transactions to perform daily shipping and material movement operations.
  • Managing shipping functions, yard management, and dock operations.

You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in distribution, outbound shipping, and transportation management.
  • High school Diploma or GED
  • Proven leadership skills in warehouse and logistics operations with the ability to work with various levels in the organization.
  • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office) with excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply-chain management
  • Lean, Six Sigma, Root Cause and/or Continuous Improvement skills (APICS/CPM Accreditation)
  • SAP experience
  • Advanced Excel expertise.

The pay range for this position is $67,544 - $115,790 annually. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
