The Target Account Coordinator, Siemens Intracompany Business is responsible for managing all aspects of their assigned accounts, recognizing when to escalate customer issues, and supporting customers with price and availability, semi-complex support for products and/or programs and referral to appropriate specialist for technical support and/or problem resolution when warranted.

Target Account Coordinators on the Siemens Affiliate Team work primarily through SieSales (email) correspondence with specifically assigned accounts and are responsible for all interactions with their assigned customers, including discrepancy resolution, RGA's and credits, shipping and tracking follow-up, escalations, and CAID resolution. A basic knowledge of order entry processes.

You will make an impact with the following responsibilities:

  • Analyze, interpret, or make decisions based on facts to resolve internal and external issues that align with Customer Support and Business Unit objectives.
  • Utilize CRM to enter, manage, and prioritize all caseloads to attain established service level agreements.
  • Expected to understand the special requirements specific to the various Domestic, International Affiliate / Intra-Company, 3PM Accounts, etc. for proper management of quotations, order processing, returns, credits and CAID.
  • Serve as the primary contact for all selected customer orders; including supporting price and availability, product support, change orders, shipping discrepancies issues, from inception to completion, credits and resolve CAIDs associated with the assigned accounts in a timely manner
  • Develop lasting professional relationships within organizations such as plants, warehouses, sales, mixed apparatus pricing, standard pricing, product managers, buyers and others.
  • Identify problems as they occur and take appropriate steps to solve or escalate them to management.
  • Effectively use fundamental practices and procedures around the processing and management of change orders.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Associate degree.
  • 3 plus years of practical Customer Support experience supporting industrial, construction, mechanical, or electrical industries.
  • Prior knowledge of processing freight claims, returns, call tags, credits and debits.
  • Strong data analytical and problem-solving skills in identifying patterns and trends.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office. 
  • Must be eligible to work in the US with no sponsorship now or in the future. 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in general business or related discipline.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP, COMPAS, SieSaes, and Excel.
  • Preference for prior experience with SAP and CRM systems.

The pay range for this position is $44,982 - $77,112 . The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
