You’ll create impact by:
  • Strategic Commodity Management: Implementing long-term strategies to ensure cost-efficient material supply and maximize savings through expert negotiations.
  • Process Excellence & Compliance: Driving high efficiency by adhering to global P2P processes, procurement guidelines, and standardized IT systems.
  • End-to-End Supplier Management: Executing the full lifecycle of supplier relations, including qualification, selection, performance evaluation, and development.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partnering closely with internal customers to ensure early procurement involvement and high-quality service delivery.
  • Project & Data Support: Providing critical supplier insights and conducting project-specific evaluations to contribute to overall business success.
Your defining qualities:
  • Technical Education: Holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, providing a solid technical foundation for procurement roles.
  • Industry Experience: 3–5 years of proven experience in procurement or supply chain management, specifically within the manufacturing sector.
  • Strategic Procurement Skills: Expert knowledge in strategic sourcing, negotiation, contract management, and value engineering.
  • Vendor & Relationship Management: Skilled in managing vendor relations and agreements to ensure operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Professional Attributes: A highly adaptable and detail-oriented individual with a strong commitment to self-development and proficiency in Business English.
