Main Responsibilities 主要职责
• Be responsible for new supplier audits with VDA 6.3, promote the localization process of components, and ensure that relevant components meet quality standards and project requirements.
熟练使用VDA 6.3进行新供应商审核，推动零部件的国产化进程，确保相关零部件符合质量标准及项目需求。
• Collaborate with the team from the German headquarters to follow up on the localization of new project parts, ensuring that the quality standards of the localized parts are consistent with those of the headquarters.
协同德国总部团队，跟进新项目零件的国产化评审及导入过程，保障国产化零件质量标准与总部一致。
• Monitor and analyze the performance data of suppliers, identify those with underperformance, formulate improvement plans and implement them, continuously supervise the progress of rectification, and enhance the quality and delivery capabilities of suppliers.
监控并分析供应商的绩效数据，识别表现不足的供应商，制定改进计划并组织实施，持续监督整改进度，提高供应商质量和交付能力。
• Be responsible for the audit of suppliers, including annual audits and other audits with VDA 6.3. For the problems found during the audit, formulate rectification measures and promote the timely closure of problem items.
负责利用VDA 6.3进行供应商的审核工作（包括年度定期审核/不定期审核），针对审核中发现的问题，制定整改措施并推动问题项的及时关闭。
• Continuously improve supplier quality and part release related processes and ensure that all the procedures/work instructions /regulations are followed to make sure delivery products quality.
持续改善供应商质量以及零件释放相关的流程，确保所有的流程和工作规范都能够满足产品交付质量。
• Push supplier provide supplier quality relevant quality report, drive supplier to conduct 8D report for typical quality issues，review and track the effectiveness. 
推动供应商提交质量相关报告，推动供应商对典型问题完成8D分析，检查回顾并跟踪其有效性；
• Responsible for SCNCC statistic and analysis.
负责供应商不合格质量成本（SCNCC）的统计和分析。
• Support production line for dealing with the unqualify material, and conduct the necessary containment action , including but not limited to lead clear inventory , intensive inspection.
支持产线处置不合格物料, 实施必要的围堵措施------包括但不限于牵头清理库存，检验检验。
• Audit sample process flow chart, quality control plan, ensure sample and mass production part have same production process. Ensure each process is under control.
审核样品工艺流程图，质量控制计划，确保样品和量产件具备相同的生产工艺, 确保每个生产工序均得到有效管控。
• Perform other tasks / responsibilities assigned by the line manager. 
执行直线经理分配的其他任务/职责。


Main Requirements 主要职位要求
• Bachelor’s Degree or above, major in Engineering preferred.
本科或以上学历，要求工程类专业。
• 5 years’ experiences or above in supplier quality management experience. Prefer design or Engineering background Engineer.
5年以上供应商质量管理工作经验，有设计或工艺工作的背景优先考虑。
• Proficient oral and written English.
熟练的英语口语和书写能力。
• Proficient in the application of core quality tools (APQP-FMEA-PPAP-SPC-MSA)
掌握质量核心工具应用（APQP-FMEA-PPAP-SPC-MSA）
• Outstanding cross-national and cross-cultural communication skills
出色的跨国家跨文化沟通能力。
• Those with relevant project experience in digital applications will be given priority.
具有数字化应用相关项目经验者优先考虑。
• Possessing a strong sense of teamwork and dedication, with a focus on customers and result-oriented approaches.
具有团队合作精神，敬业精神，关注客户及结果导向。
