You’ll make an impact by
- You lead your charging product lines throughout the entire lifecycle, shaping the roadmap by driving feature evolution, cost optimization, and long-term competitiveness
- Building on market insights and customer needs, you translate trends, regulatory requirements, and competitive intelligence into actionable product decisions and identify opportunities for differentiation and innovation
- Working closely with R&D, you define requirements, develop robust business cases for investments, and ensure cross-functional alignment among engineering, business, and customer teams
- Furthermore, you prioritize and initiate product improvements to strengthen stability, safety, cybersecurity, and compliance, maintaining a clear and transparent improvement backlog
- Finally, you champion quality and customer experience by acting as the voice of the customer, enabling effective communication across regions, and supporting sales and marketing with compelling messaging and training
- Education: You have a Master’s degree with several years of relevant professional experience, or a Bachelor’s degree with extensive professional experience in engineering, electrical engineering, business, or innovation with strong technical affinity
- Experience & Skills:
- Longterm experience in product management or a closely related function within technical or engineering-driven environments
- Proven expertise in product development processes, product financials, and stakeholder management, ideally in eMobility, power electronics, IoT, or industrial products
- Familiarity with EV charging standards, regulatory compliance, and cybersecurity
- Ways of working: You are a hands-on, analytical problem solver with a collaborative mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally in international teams
- Languages: Excellent English language skills complete your profile
