Today, we are recruiting for a Business Administration Sales Professional to join the Sales & Business Development Team.

Role Headline

In your role, you will manage bids with high complexity and volume and thus make an important contribution to the success of the business

Key responsibilities

  • Commercial bid management for major railway projects  ensuring timely completion of competitive bids providing significant impact to our business as well as to our customers 
  • Engage with a cross-BU and cross-organizational commercial team, while ensuring the timely completion of competitive bids. 
  • Consolidate calculation inputs, clarify overall cost elements and derive optimal cash profiles on ensuring entrepreneurial success.  
  • Analyze tenders, identify project’s risk profile, and develop respective mitigation strategies  
  • Ensure consistency in bid documents and calculations considering the bid strategy and contract analysis 
  • Participate in contract negotiations  
  • Develop optimal business models and contract structures regarding competitiveness & risk allocation while considering relevant tax regulations. 
  • Ensure that the relevant PM@Siemens and LoA processes are being followed and all calculation guidelines are considered.

Qualifications and Experience 

  • BCom Accounting 
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience 
  • Strong contract management and commercial administration capabilities.
  • Knowledge of and experience in public sector procurement would be advantageous
  • SAP Knowledge
