We are looking for an Indirect Tax Administration Specialist.
This position will work a hybrid work model sharing time between home and the Orlando, Florida office on a weekly basis.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Managing physical incoming and outgoing mail for business licenses, sales tax registrations, and annual reports.
- Processing business license applications and renewals, sales tax registrations, and annual reports using information provided by customers and reviewed by the U.S. tax team.
- Coordinating check payments and other required payments with local jurisdictions, as needed.
- Providing administrative support to Property Tax team during peak filing cycles.
- Calculating and processing filing fees and penalties while reconciling payments against applicable deadlines.
- Handling business inquiries through ServiceNow, the tax service portal, and directing email-based requests to the appropriate ServiceNow intake process.
- Supporting research and resolution of jurisdictional notices related to business licenses and permits.
- Tracking filing deadlines and sending timely reminders to the internal team.
- Maintaining accurate records of filed reports, registrations, and licenses in internal systems.
- Generating compliance and status reports for the U.S. tax team.
- Assisting with research into compliance and payment issues to help prevent administrative dissolution by applicable jurisdictions.
- Providing responsive, professional customer service to internal and external stakeholders while maintaining a high level of accuracy and timeliness.

Basic Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1–3 years of experience in an administrative, compliance, licensing, corporate filing, or related role.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Demonstrated organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to track multiple filing and payment deadlines.
- Demonstrated written and verbal communication and customer service skills.
- Proficient in English both written and verbal.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate’s or bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
- Experience supporting business license applications and renewals, sales tax registrations, annual reports, or other regulatory filings.
- Experience using ServiceNow or a comparable service-management or case-management system.
- Experience coordinating filing fees, penalties, check payments, or other payments with state or local jurisdictions.
- Experience maintaining compliance records and preparing status or compliance reports.

The pay range for this position is $44,982 - $77,112 annually. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
