Reporting to the Order Management & Planning Manager, this role helps ensure customer orders move through the factory with clear visibility, disciplined follow-up, and strong cross-functional coordination. We are looking for someone who is organized, proactive, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced manufacturing environment where priorities can shift and strong follow-through is essential.

The position plays an important role in aligning customer demand, material readiness, engineering inputs, and production schedules to support reliable delivery performance. This individual will work across functions to track milestones, identify risks early, maintain planning accuracy, and help drive timely resolution of execution issues. This hybrid Order Management & Planning Professional role will be based in either San Leandro or Livermore, CA. Local candidates are strongly encouraged to apply. The East Bay offers an excellent quality of life with top-rated schools, a pleasant climate, and easy access to both mountains and the coast. Plus, your compensation goes further here with a more attainable cost of living compared to other parts of the San Francisco Bay Area. • Partner across Production, Engineering, Materials, Logistics, Quality, Sales, and Customer Service to remove barriers, resolve issues, and keep orders progressing on schedule.
  • Support production planning and scheduling activities to help maintain realistic and executable factory plans. Help align priorities, schedules, and order sequencing based on customer requirements, material readiness, factory constraints, and engineering inputs.
  • Track readiness factors affecting execution, including engineering release, material availability, technical preparation, inspection readiness, and other production dependencies.
  • Support delivery date maintenance and execution commitments based on actual order readiness and current factory conditions. Call out delivery risks, readiness gaps, and unresolved issues in a timely and structured manner.
  • Support recovery efforts for urgent, late, or high-risk orders as business needs require.
  • Contribute to improved planning discipline, execution visibility, and cross-functional coordination with both sites.

You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:
