- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory management, and material handling activities.
- Ensure inventory accuracy through effective stock control processes, cycle counts and inventory audits.
- Manage the efficient flow of raw materials, components, and finished goods to support production and operational requirements.
- Lead, coach, and develop warehouse personnel, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
- Coordinate material availability and warehouse activities with Production, Supply Chain, Procurement, and other cross-functional teams.
- Implement and maintain warehouse procedures, policies, and best practices to improve operational efficiency and productivity.
- Monitor compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and quality standards to maintain a safe and organized work environment.
- Analyze warehouse performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on inventory control, material flow efficiency, cost reduction, and operational excellence.
What do you need to succeed?
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or supply chain environments.
- Minimum of 5 years of people management experience.
- Led the implementation of AGVs (Automated Guided Vehicles) to improve material replenishment efficiency and support uninterrupted production flow.
- Knowledge of PFEP (Plan For Every Part) methodology and its application to material planning, inventory management, and production support.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory control practices, and material flow processes.
- Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal).
- Advanced SAP proficiency required.
- Solid understanding of inventory accuracy methodologies, cycle counting, and warehouse performance metrics.
- Strong knowledge and focus on Safety Operation, being able to detect unsafe conditions and accountability to fix it on timely manner.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent organizational and planning abilities with attention to detail.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across multiple departments.
