Siemens Global Business Services is looking for Junior Order Management Specialists (f/m/d) to join our international order management center in one of our businesses.

You'll create impact by:
  • Supporting administrative and operational activities within the Order Management function
  • Collaborating closely with various internal departments and stakeholders
  • Contributing to a global project focused on optimizing and enhancing the invoicing process
 
Your defining qualities:
  • Proficient written and verbal communication in English (B2/C1)
  • Professional and effective communication skills
  • A proactive and solution-oriented mindset
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage your own workload effectively
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • You enjoy being a part of a team, see great value in partnership and deliver outstanding service in the international environment
  • You're open-minded and tackle tasks with a positive and constructive can-do attitude
  • Some experience or background in business administration or customer service (preferably in the technical sector, SSC/BPO) would be an additional advantage
