e are looking for a Production Supervisor based in our Hingham, MA location.
Position Overview
The Production Supervisor will lead the Panel Wiring, Aftermarket, and Supermarket team reporting directly to the Focus Factory Manager. The Production Supervisor will be responsible for inventory of the Supermarket, assembling and wiring of ATS products, MOD's, CD's and Annunciators. This role requires leadership, organization, planning, and motivational skills. The Production Supervisor will work closely with the Focus Factory Manager and cross-functionally with other departments to adhere to business operation deadlines and customer commitments to achieve delivery reliability.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure safety is priority for team members on the production floor.
- Drive efforts and initiatives to reduce production errors, improve product quality and increase productivity.
- Adhere to production schedule to meet deadlines and on time delivery.
- Work closely with purchasing, planning, and warehouse teams to ensure material availability and schedule adherence.
- Work closely with Engineering to resolve operational issues
- Drive kitting process within the Supermarket.
- Support performance measurement and documentation of manufacturing process.
- Drive continuous improvement projects on shopfloor.
- Plan, develop, and lead all aspects of on-the-job training for all team members.
- Manage employee performance
- Manage all time and attendance tracking and reporting.
- Champion and environment of collaboration and focus on achieving results within the team and across peer groups.
You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
- 3+ years professional experience in a manufacturing and 2+ years in people management
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, industrial engineering, manufacturing engineering, business or Operations Management (or equivalent experience)
- Ability to read engineering wiring/mechanical schematics is a must
- Effective written/verbal communication.
- SAP knowledge & experience
- Use of MS Office programs including outlook, word, excel and PowerPoint
- Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship
Preferred Qualifications
- 5S/Lean Manufacturing
- Forklift certified (or willing to get certification)

The pay range for this position is $82K - $110K annually. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
