Functions and Responsibilities:
• Support manufacturing logistics projects focused on improving material flow and operational efficiency.
• Analyze and optimize material handling processes across warehouse and production operations.
• Assist in process standardization and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Monitor operational performance and identify opportunities to improve manufacturing efficiency.
• Collaborate with logistics, production and engineering teams to support daily operations.
• Support engineering activities related to production, logistics and manufacturing projects.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, work instructions and process standards.
• Analyze operational data and prepare reports to support decision-making.
• Participate in problem-solving activities and continuous improvement projects.

1. Basic understanding of manufacturing, logistics and material handling concepts.

Educational Requirements 
1. Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Logistics or related field

Required experience 
• 0–2 years of experience in manufacturing, logistics or industrial environments.
• Internship, co-op or academic project experience in manufacturing, logistics or operations is highly valued.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, material flow or production systems.
• Experience with continuous improvement methodologies is desirable.
• Automotive or manufacturing industry exposure is considered a plus.
