Functions and Responsibilities:
1. Analyze and resolve SAP-related operational issues affecting warehouse and supply chain processes.
2. Ensure proper functionality of logistics transactions and operational workflows in SAP.
3. Monitor and prioritize critical SAP incidents impacting operations.
4. Coordinate testing and validation of SAP system updates, changes and enhancements.
5. Accuracy of the continuous WH operation between the connection of WMS and SAP
a. Alignment with their technical team per-shift
KPI's Functionals
1. SAP system availability and operational stability
2. Resolution time of SAP operational incidents
3. Accuracy of logistics transactions in SAPs.

Selection Criteria 
1. Strong understanding of SAP logistics modules and operational processes.
2. Experience in warehouse, supply chain or manufacturing environments.
3. Knowledge of logistics workflows and material management processes.
4. Experience coordinating SAP operational support and issue resolution.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Educational Requirements 
1. Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain or related field.

Required experience 
1. 3–5 years of experience working with SAP logistics processes and operational support.
2. Experience in warehouse, manufacturing or supply chain operations.
3. Involve  in ERP implementations or digital transformation projects is desirable.
