The purpose of the People & Organization Business Partner role is to support managers and employees across the employee lifecycle and contribute to the successful implementation of People & Organization initiatives. Acting as a trusted partner for day-to-day people topics, the role helps ensure a consistent employee experience while supporting the delivery of P&O processes, programs, and policies in line with global standards and local requirements.

Your mission will be…
- Support managers and employees on a broad range of People & Organization topics, acting as a reliable point of contact for day-to-day people matters.
- Contribute to the implementation and execution of P&O programmes and processes, including recruiting, learning and development, compensation & benefits, organisational development, change initiatives, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Provide guidance on P&O policies, processes, and tools, ensuring compliance with local regulations and company guidelines.
- Support talent and development activities by facilitating people reviews, development discussions, and local talent initiatives.
- Prepare and maintain P&O-related data, documentation, and reports to support informed decision-making and process execution.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, enhance efficiency, and simplify the employee and manager experience.
We are looking for someone with…
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Fluent English and Portuguese.
- 3-5 years experience in P&O/HR Business Partnering roles or a similar people-focused role.
- Ability to build collaborative and trusting relationships with managers, employees, and stakeholders.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive mindset, willingness to learn, and continuous improvement orientation.
- Structured and detail-oriented approach, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Good analytical skills and confidence working with HR data and reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
