At GBS Finance (FIN) , we aim to act as Business Partners side by side with the Management of the Operations that perform these activities contributing with accurate and timely financial records to guide business decision-making.

Your mission will be…

As a Financial Controller, you will act as a trusted Finance Business Partner for assigned Business Lines / Service Lines. You will help business leaders understand performance, anticipate risks and opportunities, and make informed decisions based on financial transparency, sound analysis and a strong ownership mindset.

  • Drive budget planning, forecasting and performance management activities for assigned business areas in close alignment with Business Line / Service Line leadership.
  • Manage financial statements for your area of responsibility, including Profit and Loss, Balance Sheet and Free Cash Flow, ensuring transparency and quality of information.
  • Provide continuous KPI analysis and reporting, including deviation comments, root-cause analysis, identified risks and opportunities, and follow-up of mitigation actions.
  • Support cost controlling, productivity controlling, pricing and cost calculations under aligned methodologies and pricing strategy.
  • Translate financial data into business insights that support decisions, challenge the status quo and help drive the implementation of management strategy.
  • Ensure efficient business administration processes such as postings, invoicing, order processing and contract management, while maintaining compliance with internal and external requirements, including IFRS15, RIC and transfer pricing regulations.
  • Handle ad-hoc queries and actively contribute to projects, transformation initiatives and cross-country collaboration.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, automate and digitalize commercial processes and value flows, increasing efficiency and quality.

We are looking for someone with…

·  A degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Finance or a related field.

·  Around 3-5 years of professional experience in Controlling, FP&A, Finance Business Partnering or a similar finance role.

·  Experience in a Shared Services environment is highly valued, especially in international or multi-country setups.

·  Fluency in English and Portuguese.

·  Strong analytical and financial skills, combined with clear oral and written communication.

·  Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint, and very good SAP knowledge.

·  Experience with Power BI, Tableau, VBA, UiPath, Alteryx, AI tools or other digital solutions is considered a plus.

·  A service-oriented and collaborative mindset, with the ability to build strong relationships with different stakeholders.

·  Strong organizational skills, accuracy and the ability to keep the bigger picture in mind while delivering reliable results.
