Product Specialist - Simulation Data & AI Engineering

We are seeking a highly motivated and technically proficient Product Specialist to join our Engineering Enterprise Applications - Engineering AI Team. In this role, you will bridge the gap between our customers, product management, and development teams. You will leverage your deep expertise in Computer-Aided Engineering (CAE), design verification, and Artificial Intelligence to translate complex engineering challenges into scalable, actionable software features.
Job Responsibilities:
- Requirements Translation: Collaborate closely with Product Management and R&D/Development teams to translate complex customer requirements and workflows into detailed, actionable feature plans and technical specifications.
- Product & Release Lifecycle: Drive feature planning, tracking, and execution throughout the product and release management lifecycle, ensuring alignment with enterprise engineering standards.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the technical liaison between end-users, support, product managers, and software developers to ensure seamless delivery of enterprise-grade engineering tools.
- Workflow Optimization: Design, validate, and optimize CAE and engineering AI methods to enhance design verification and validation processes.
- Technical Enablement: Provide expert guidance on the integration of AI-driven engineering applications within High-Performance Computing (HPC) environments.
Qualifications & Requirements
1. Experience
- 4 to 6+ years of relevant technical experience in CAE (Computer-Aided Engineering), Design Verification, and Engineering AI.
- Demonstrated hands-on experience utilizing CAE and Engineering AI tools specifically for design validation and verification.
2. Technical Expertise
- Domain Knowledge: Deep, expert-level understanding of Engineering AI methods, numerical simulation, and validation methodologies.
- High-Performance Computing (HPC): Working knowledge of HPC architectures and workload management systems; PBS Professional (Portable Batch System) is strongly preferred.
- Programming Skills: Strong programming and scripting background, with Python as the preferred language for automation, data analysis, and tool integration.
3. Preferred Skills
- Prior exposure to formal Product and Release Management methodologies (Agile/Scrum).
- Familiarity with enterprise-scale deployment of engineering software applications.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical mindset with a proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve intricate technical workflows.

The pay range for this position is 109,800 - 197,700 annually with a target incentive of 5-8 of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
