職務内容:

Promotion of company-wide activities related to EHS(safety and health and environmental protection) / EHS(安全衛生および環境保全)に関する全社活動の推進

Promotion of company-wide activities related to safety and health and environmental protection / 安全衛生および環境保全に関する全社活動の推進
Person in charge of the Safety and Health Committee and operation of the safety and health / 安全衛生委員会の責任者および安全衛生組織の運営
Management and reporting of EHS requirements based on in-house regulations / 社内規定に基づくEHS要求項目の管理およびレポート
Implementation of risk assessment related to occupational safety / 労働安全に関わるリスクアセスメントの実施
Promotion of monitoring, analysis, and measures to ensure compliance with related regulations/ 関連法令遵守のためのモニタリング・分析・対策などの推進
Consolidation of information on chemical substances handled at factory / 工場で取り扱っている化学物質に関する情報の集約
Information collection and sharing through the Global EHS Community / Global EHS Community を通じた情報収集と共用
Promotion of measures for disaster risk reduction / 災害リスク低減の対策推進




求めるスキル・ご経験:
  • Experience in occupational health and safety for 5 years or more/労働安全衛生に関する経験を5年以上
  • Experience in operating safety and health committees at factory for 4 years or more/工場における安全衛生委員会の運営経験を3年以上
  • Promotion of Activities for Safety and Health and Environmental Protection/ 安全衛生および環境保全に関する各種活動の推進の経験
  • Knowledge of the Industrial Safety and Health Act and related laws and regulations/ 労働安全衛生法および関連法令に関する知識
  • Certificate of Site Safety Health Supervisor / 安全衛生管理者資格
  • 工場におけるリスクアセスメント、調査/分析/対策/改善措置の手法/ Procedure of risk assessment, investigation / analysis / measures / corrective actions at factory
  • 化学物質のSDS(Safety Data Sheet)の理解/ Understanding of SDS (Safety Data Sheet) for chemical substances

 Language Requirements: 
  • 日本語（Japanese）：ネイティブ（Near-native level)
  • 英語(English)：ビジネスレベル（Business level: 業務上必要な内容を聞き手に説明して理解させることができる。英語によるミーティングを円滑に進行させることができる）

【雇用形態】正社員

【勤務区分】通勤　※運転免許必須

【契約期間】期間の定めなし

【試用期間】6か月（条件変更無）

【就業場所】沖縄県うるま市

【就業場所の変更の範囲】会社の定める場所および部署

【就業時間】標準勤務時間8：30～17：30

【昇給】年1回（10月）

【賞与】年2回（6月、12月）

【加入保険】雇用保険、労災保険、厚生年金、健康保険

【理論年収】１年目の理論年収：450万～550万 + 各種手当（残業代は別途支給）

【休日・休暇】完全週休2日制（土・日）、祝日、年末年始 (12/30-1/3)、年次有給休暇、夏季休暇(２日)、子の看護休暇、保存休暇、リフレッシュ特別休暇など
