What you’ll do

  • Manage end-to-end procurement for electronics components (active & passive), connectors, mechanical assemblies, and packaging commodities
  • Identify and mitigate procurement risks, manage changes, and handle claims across the entire product lifecycle
  • Build a resilient supply chain and continuously strengthen the supplier base
  • Drive and implement strategic sourcing initiatives aligned with business and sustainability goals
  • Collaborate with global category managers and procurement councils to align sourcing strategies
  • Ensure best-in-class sourcing processes, including spend control and purchase-to-pay compliance
  • Lead cost optimization initiatives through negotiations, PPC, and other strategic levers to improve contribution to net income (CNI)
  • Own price and contract negotiations with suppliers
  • Develop and manage preferred supplier relationships to drive innovation and performance
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to effectively manage demand and expectations
  • Champion continuous improvement and digitalization within procurement processes 

What you bring to the table

  • Education: BE in Electronics / Electronics & Telecommunication
  • 3–5 years of procurement experience, ideally in the electronics or manufacturing domain
  • Strong understanding of supply chain management and electronics components sourcing
  • Hands-on experience with negotiations, cost structures, and supplier management
  • Working knowledge of e-auctions / e-bidding platforms
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across functions and geographies
  • Ability to build trust and influence stakeholders effectively
  • High ownership mindset with a bias for execution and problem-solving
  • Interest in digital tools, automation, and data-driven procurement
