A 561-kilometer network connects major urban centers such as Ankara, Polatlı, Eskişehir, Bozüyük, Bilecik, İzmit, Gebze, and Istanbul, enhancing passenger mobility and regional connectivity.

Today, we are recruiting for an Account Manager to join our team in Turkey. This is an excellent career opportunity for professionals looking to join a truly international team in one of the biggest projects of Siemens Mobility.

 

What Are My Responsibilities?

  • Manage relationships with senior stakeholders from ministries, public authorities, and other strategic key accounts across Central Anatolia and the Black Sea regions.
  • Drive strategic business development and identify new opportunities to expand Siemens Mobility’s presence in rail infrastructure and rolling stock.
  • Achieve annual sales targets by strengthening existing partnerships and securing new business in major cities such as Ankara.
  • Increase bid win rates for public tenders and large-scale infrastructure projects through effective account strategies.
  • Build and maintain alliances that align with Siemens Mobility’s long-term growth objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with internal bid management, technical teams, and senior leadership to deliver a unified approach to key accounts.
  • Represent Siemens Mobility at industry events, conferences, and high-level meetings with public sector entities.

What Are My Qualifications?

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Sales, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in the transportation or mobility sector.
  • Proven success in managing key accounts that involve government organizations, ministries, or public/private sector entities.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage senior government officials confidently.
  • Fluent Turkish is required; proficiency in English is an advantage.
  • High emotional intelligence, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to build lasting professional relationships.
  • Collaborative mindset and a strong team player capable of navigating complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
  • Able and willing to travel frequently across Central Anatolia and the Black Sea regions to engage key accounts.
