Salary: From 2000€ brutto / month + variable bonus*

Job description, responsibilities and duties

In our Global Business Services Transformation Services (GBS CEE TS) team, we are a group of hands-on Project Managers and Consultants helping Siemens Businesses to achieve their goals.

Currently, we are looking for a highly motivated Business Analyst who wants to make a difference!  

Every day we solve a different challenge, we act as a liaison between business units, technical teams, and global IT support teams. In our projects, we support our customers implementing new tools and processes and solving customer problems with high initiative and a digital mindset.

We provide you with the latest knowledge, combined with plenty of freedom for independent action and decision-making. This makes you a reliable, trustworthy, and forward-looking change agent in our team of consultants - we are already waiting for you! 

  

Your profile for "Making the future possible"

  • Analyze current business processes with identification of  inefficiencies or bottlenecks, opportunities for improvement.
  • Document functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Facilitate appropriate activities such as workshops, interviews to elicit requirements and manage stakeholders expectations.
  • Effective Stakeholder management to ensure business expectations and needs are aligned with the outcomes of the project.
  • Post-implementation activities such as benefits realisation and lessons learnt facilitation to ensure successful project delivery and continous improvement.
  • Understanding of business process mapping, requirements gathering, writing user stories and project management methodologies (BPMN 2.0.)
  • Knowledge of the project management tools (e.g. ServiceNow, JIRA, DevOps) and documentation tools (e.g., Visio, Lucid).
  • Bonus points if you hold BA certifications or have a background in digital transformation.
  • You have an analytical mindset, and you can communicate your ideas convincingly in English, any other languages i.e. German are a plus
  • You are flexible and willing to travel, mostly in Europe - depending on specific project and agreement
