We are looking for P&O BP!


YOU’LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE BY:
-  Managing employee lifecycle: new hire engagement, addressing concerns, investigations, performance management, and exit discussions. Evaluate current practices for effectiveness and introduce innovative solutions

-  Lead regional initiatives, conducting groups facilitation, and support training rollouts.

-  Analyze business data to identify trends and recommend efficiency improvements

-  Report to the HRBP manager and collaborate with regional/global HR colleagues and site managers.

-  Support high-performing engineering teams, partner with managers on people strategy, promote HR programs, and mentor new managers.

-  Implement org-wide people initiatives, including focal programs and employee pulse survey analysis.

-  Deliver all required people management and development activities professionally and effectively to support the business unit and Maintain compliance to local regulations and manage risks (e.g. performance management risk)

-  Responsible for managing Employee Relations (ER) and Labor Relations (LR) to ensure a positive and compliant workplace environment.

-  Utilize employee analysis and create monthly dashboards to provide insights and support strategic decision-making.

-  Drive employee cultural initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.


YOUR DEFINING QUALITIES:
-  Bachelor’s degree (or above) from premier colleges in Human Resources (or equivalent experience)

-  9+ years of experience, including a minimum of 3 years in business partnering.

-  Experience partnering with IT engineering teams in product companies

-  Experience with the employee lifecycle and related HR interventions
