You’ll make a difference by

• As a working student in the Global Team of the Siemens Graduate Program, you will be part of an international team. You can expect an exciting mix of operational and strategic tasks related to data analytics, controlling, and community management.
• You will gain insights into the entire program management process chain.
• You will support the optimization and further development of our global standards and tools, in particular the automation of processes.
• In addition, you will assist with surveys and various benchmarking analyses.

Your success is grounded in

• Education: You are at least in your third semester of a degree program in Economics, Social Sciences, Human Resources Management, Psychology, Computer Science, Finance, or a similar field.
• Experience & Skills:

• Ideally, you have already gained some practical experience through internships or working student positions.
• You can quickly familiarize yourself with new topics and drive them forward independently.
• You have very good knowledge of the MS Office package (especially Excel and PowerPoint).

• Ways of working: You are communicative and confident in dealing with other cultures.
• Languages: You have business fluent written and spoken German and English skills.
