What will you do? 
The Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for the day-to-day coordination, execution, and optimization of all warehousing, packing, and shipping activities at the Balvanera factory. This role requires a hands-on approach to ensure operational efficiency, inventory accuracy, compliance with international trade regulations, and high safety standards across the entire logistics chain. The coordinator will work closely with operational teams and cross-functional departments to meet critical KPIs and drive continuous improvement.

• Oversee and coordinate all activities within the warehouse, including goods receipt, put-away, storage, and goods issue procedures.
• Supervise and ensure the efficient execution of all packing and shipping activities for finished products.
• Ensure the efficient flow of materials, from the reception of raw materials to the dispatch of finished products, optimizing processes for speed and accuracy.
• Implement and maintain efficient inventory management practices, including regular cycle counts, root cause analysis for deviations, and corrective actions to ensure high inventory accuracy.
• Monitor and manage critical logistics KPIs, including logistics costs, On-Time Delivery (OTD), On-Time Arrival (OTA), inventory accuracy, service levels, and shipping efficiency.
• Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies across warehousing and packing/shipping processes and lead continuous improvement projects (e.g., Lean methodologies) to enhance productivity, add value, and reduce operational costs.
• Utilize data to analyze performance, identify trends, and implement proactive solutions.
• Ensure full compliance with international foreign trade regulations, including INCOTERMS, customs regulations, and specific certifications (e.g., C-TPAT, OEA).

Required Skills & Technical Proficiency:
• Proven hands-on experience in managing and coordinating both warehouse operations (goods receipt, put-away, goods issue, inventory management) and packing/shipping activities within a high-volume manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge and practical experience with international foreign trade, customs operations, and import/export documentation.
• Proficiency in using SAP for logistics modules (WMS and IMS or similar) and experience with Transportation Management Systems (TMS).
• Experience with cycle counts, physical inventory planning and execution, and root cause analysis for inventory deviations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of coordinating diverse teams and collaborating effectively with various internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with a strategic, objective, and fair judgment.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management
• Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6-8 years of progressive experience in logistics operations, with a significant portion in a supervisory or coordinator role covering both warehousing and transportation roles.
• Advanced English Level.
