 We are seeking a Project Controller Analyst to support our factory expansion project. This role will be a key partner to expansion project manager, engineering, procurement, and operations teams, ensuring that financial targets and project goals are met. You will be responsible for project cost control, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, playing a vital role in securing the success of this high-impact investment. This is a hybrid position (3 days a week onsite) and is located in Fort Worth Texas

Key Responsibilities are:

  • Develop, monitor, and maintain project budgets and forecasts for the factory expansion.
  • Track and control project costs, ensuring alignment with approved CAPEX and OPEX.
  • Prepare monthly reports, including variance analysis (budget vs. actual, forecast vs. plan).
  • Monitor and manage project cash flow, release project related purchase orders according to budget.
  • Support project management with financial insights decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, governance, and accounting standards.
  • Collaborate closely with project manager, logistics, procurement, and operations to align financial and operational objectives.
  • Prepare ad hoc analysis and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in project controlling, factory controlling, finance.
  • Advanced Excel and other data visualization tools (MS Power BI, Tableau) and financial modeling skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong project cost control and financial analysis capabilities. Effective risk identification and mitigation in project environments.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills. Ability to translate financial data into actionable insights for non-financial stakeholders collaborating in a cross-functional, multinational environment.

The pay range for this position is $65,660 - $112,560 annually. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
