About The Job
We are seeking an exceptional Manager of Product Owners to lead our team of Product Owners across multiple products with a laser-focused attention on driving value to our clients. In this pivotal role, you will ensure consistent delivery of complete, effective, and high-quality features that our clients and users love while fostering a growth mindset and performance culture within the Product Owner organization.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Leadership Excellence
• Build and nurture a high-performing Product Owner organization with a growth mindset and a culture of continuous improvement
• Provide strategic coaching and mentorship to support the professional development of Product Owners
• Guide colleagues and leadership through influential decision-making, ensuring organizational alignment with strategic priorities
• Establish clear performance expectations and conduct regular reviews to drive accountability and excellence
Operational Management
• Strategically balance Product Owner workload across teams and products, advocating for additional resources when justified by business needs
• Align Product Owners with scrum teams based on skills, career aspirations, and capacity requirements
• Collaborate with Lead Product Owners to implement agile best practices, drive our Way of Working, and provide comprehensive support to the Product Owner team
• Champion the delivery of world-class solutions to real-world problems, influencing technical decisions with a focus on maximizing client value
• Implement and monitor KPIs and metrics to measure performance, diagnose operational challenges, and drive continuous improvement
Strategic Partnerships
• Forge strong alliances with Technology leadership to ensure cohesive partnership within the R&D organization
• Work closely with Product Management to understand and influence product vision, strategy, and roadmaps
• Partner with Product Designers to ensure they receive optimal support from Product Owners in creating exceptional user experiences
• Engage effectively with leadership at all levels, with the ability to present complex information clearly to diverse audiences
What You Need:
- BA/BS in a technical subject area like information science, computer science or equivalent work experience supporting products from a technical perspective.
- 4-5 years of experience as Product Owner.
- 1-2 years of experience as a people manager.
- Proven experience in a senior Product Owner or Product Management leadership role
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies and best practices
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Track record of delivering complex products that meet customer needs
- Ability to balance strategic vision with tactical execution
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a technology environment

The pay range for this position is 120000 - 206000 annually with a target incentive of 15 of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
