Senior Compensation Analyst

We are seeking a Senior Compensation Analyst. This is a hybrid position located in Iselin, NJ.

You’ll make an impact by:

  • Acting as a strategic advisor to P&O and business leadership on compensation policy, total rewards design, and workforce planning.
  • Leveraging advanced modeling and visualization tools (Excel, Power BI, PowerQuery) to generate actionable insights, influence executive decision-making, and guide total rewards strategy.
  • Ensuring adherence to U.S. federal and state compensation regulations (e.g., FLSA, pay transparency, equal pay, and reporting requirements) while maintaining alignment with global standards.
  • Guiding and supporting the evolution of job architecture methodologies to ensure organizational clarity, career progression, and alignment with market standards.
  • Supporting benchmarking and pay equity analyses to maintain fair, competitive compensation across roles and geographies.
  • Overseeing audits of HRIS and compensation data systems to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and business continuity across Siemens’ global compensation processes.

You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in Human Resources, Business, or Finance.
  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience with progressive compensation / total rewards experience.
  • Authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship now or in the future.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong technical fluency with advanced Excel, Power BI, PowerQuery, and HRIS/compensation systems (e.g. Workday).
  • Deep understanding of U.S. compensation laws, reporting standards, and compliance frameworks.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex analytics to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to influence and collaborate effectively with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.

  • The pay range for this position is $120,666-$206,856 and the annual incentive target is 15% of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications and premium geographic location.

The pay range for this position is $120,666 - $206,856 annually with a target incentive of 15% of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
