Can we energize society and fight climate change at the same time?

At Siemens Energy, we can. Our technology is key, but our people make the difference. Brilliant minds innovate. They connect, create, and keep us on track towards changing the world’s energy systems. Their spirit fuels our mission.

Our culture is defined by caring, agile, respectful, and accountable individuals. We value excellence of any kind. Sounds like you?

Your day starts with a customer meeting where you align on BIM-related deliverables, ensuring expectations are met and clarity is maintained. Next, you are invited by a colleague to support a supplier review session to verify the quality of their data, safeguarding project and data integrity.

After lunch you draft a BIM Execution Plan for a new customer project, translating requirements into a structured, actionable roadmap. You then present this plan to the project team, guiding them through its details and answering their questions to ensure a smooth implementation. In the afternoon, you connect with our global network of BIM and data experts, exchanging innovative ideas for data-driven project execution. You explore efficiency-enhancing solutions, assess their business value, and identify promising concepts to pursue the next days.

Then, it’s time and you call it a day.
