We are looking for: System Engineer,

You’ll make an impact by:

·       Install, configure, and manage VMware ESXi clusters, vCenter, vMotion, DRS, HA, and storage vMotion.

·       Deploy and maintain Linux servers (Red Hat, Ubuntu, CentOS).

·       Configure and manage Veeam Backup & Replication for VMs, physical servers, and cloud workloads; monitor performance and perform recoveries.

·       Administer SAN/NAS systems and enterprise storage arrays (Dell EMC, NetApp, HPE, IBM); provision storage, monitor IOPS, latency, and throughput.

·       Plan capacity, forecast growth, optimize usage, and maintain DR replication and failover strategies.

·       Troubleshoot virtualization, Linux, and storage issues with root cause analysis.

·       Automate tasks with Bash, Python, or Perl; monitor system performance, apply patches, and set alert thresholds.

·       Maintain documentation, ensure compliance with security, audit, and data retention policies.

·       Collaborate with project teams and vendors for solutions, support, and lifecycle management.

·       Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

·       Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in Managing On-premises and cloud environments.

·       Proficiency in setting up and managing on-premises hardware and software environments.

·       Strong expertise in Veeam Backup & Replication, VMware vSphere, SAN, NAS, RAID, Fiber Channel, iSCSI.

·       Hands-on with Dell EMC, NetApp, HPE, IBM storage, plus Hyper-V, Windows, and Linux servers.

·       Knowledge of Active Directory, Windows Server, and networking protocols, Firewall and Load balancer.

·       Experience with affinity rules, P2V migrations, and LAN/WAN troubleshooting.

·       Strong scripting skills (Bash, Python, Perl).

·       VMware Certified Professional (VCP) preferred; RHCSA/RHCE/CompTIA Linux+ beneficial.
