We're seeking a passionate IT professional to partner with our business, driving value through digital innovation. As an IT Partner, you'll immerse yourself in business strategy, challenges, and priorities, guiding the implementation of cutting-edge digital solutions. Your focus will be on Finance, Sales, and Service topics within the Lead to Cash process for Digital Industries in Germany & EMEA.

This role is based in Prague, Czech Republic offering the chance to work with an international team on global initiatives.

You'll Make a Difference By:
  • Driving innovation and scouting for opportunities to increase business value through technology.
  • Understanding business requirements from DI stakeholders in data & AI.
  • Aligning data activities in Germany & EMEA with the global DI data strategy.
  • Steering IT services in Finance Robotics, incorporating AI capabilities.
  • Proactively recommending IT approaches to business opportunities and challenges.
  • Building and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
  • Managing the portfolio of demands, projects, and services, understanding the business environment and objectives.
  • Steering IT Roadmap implementation in close collaboration with business organizations.
  • Keeping management and employees informed on IT strategies, priorities, and projects.
  • Aligning and sharing best practices across IT and Digital Industries IT organizations.

Your success is grounded in:

Education & Experience:
  • Master's degree in Engineering, IT, Computer Science, Business Intelligence, or Data Science, or equivalent practical experience.
  • IT experience, ideally in a customer-facing capacity.
Technical Expertise:
  • Proven skills in Program/Project Management and Agile methodologies.
  • Strong background in Data Analytics, Data Engineering, and Data Architecture.
  • Experience with requirement analysis, business case development, and solution design.
  • Knowledge of emerging technologies like AI/ML, BI frontend tools, and data warehousing (e.g., Snowflake).
  • Demonstrated experience leading mid-sized digital projects using agile approaches.
Core Competencies:
  • Fluent in English with excellent communication and stakeholder relationship management skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting abilities.
  • A customer and value-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to develop IT Roadmaps and work effectively with leadership.
  • Willingness to learn, adapt, and travel as needed.
