We're on the lookout for a dedicated GBS P2P specialist, fluent in Polish and English, to play a key role in processing supplier accounting documents and supporting our diverse customers. Your Mission Will Be To:

• Process with Precision: Handle the processing and posting of third-party and intercompany accounting documents within SAP.
• Ensure Compliance: Verify invoices and credit notes diligently, ensuring full compliance with both legal and internal Siemens standards.
• Resolve & Support: Proactively resolve discrepancies and manage dunning letters, keeping our financial processes smooth.
• Connect & Communicate: Engage in daily communication with suppliers, internal colleagues, and customers, building strong relationships.
• Support Key Closings: Lend your expertise to critical monthly, quarterly, and yearly closing activities.
• Report & Analyze: Prepare documentation for regular AP reporting and tackle ad-hoc requests using SAP outputs.

What You Bring to the Team:

We're looking for someone who is not only skilled but also enthusiastic about contributing to a collaborative and supportive team.

• Education: A high school education is a great start!
• Language Prowess: Active knowledge of Polish (written and spoken) and English (minimum B2 level) is essential for seamless communication.
• Tech Savvy: Basic skills in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Teams, etc.) to navigate your daily tasks.
• SAP Expertise: Advanced knowledge of SAP is a must – you'll be our go-to person!
• Communication Skills: Good communication skills to interact effectively with various stakeholders.
• Customer Focus: A customer-oriented approach, always ready to help and provide excellent service.
• Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in all your work.
• Team Player: A strong team spirit and a genuine willingness to learn and grow with us.
• Resilience: The ability to work effectively and maintain composure, even under pressure.
