Join our Digital Industries team as an Account Manager and help us reimagine the world by building meaningful partnerships and driving digital transformation across Kuwait’s industries.
You’ll make an impact by:
- Driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets through strong customer relationships and strategic account development.
- Developing and executing mid-to-long-term account plans that align customer goals with Siemens’ digital and automation solutions.
- Identifying, qualifying, and managing new business opportunities while expanding existing customer relationships across key industries.
- Collaborating closely with internal teams — including technical sales, marketing, and service — to deliver tailored value propositions that address customer needs.
- Utilizing market insights, CRM data, and analytics to forecast hiring trends, optimize resource allocation, and measure account performance.
- Leading the entire sales process from opportunity identification to deal closure, including pricing, risk assessment, and negotiation.
- Ensuring proactive communication and alignment with C-level executives to strengthen Siemens’ market position and long-term partnerships.
Your success is grounded in:
- A bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Proven experience of 8 – 12 years in B2B sales or account management, ideally within automation, industrial solutions, or digital industries.
- Strong strategic and analytical thinking, with the ability to translate market insights into actionable account strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills — comfortable engaging at all organizational levels.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems (preferably Salesforce) and digital tools to manage pipelines and forecast performance.
- A proactive, collaborative, and customer-focused mindset with a drive for continuous learning and growth.
- Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
