Position Summary: 

We are looking a Solution Architect to lead the evolution of Siemens Energy’s digital twin and robotics platform for autonomous inspection. You will architect scalable, secure, and AI-ready systems that integrate real-time data, analytics, and robotic operations across offshore and onshore assets.

How You’ll Make an Impact (responsibilities of role)

  • Define and evolve the system architecture for scalability, reliability, and modularity.
  • Lead integration of robotics and AI analytics into digital twin environment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams to align technical strategy with sprint goals and product roadmaps.
  • Ensure compliance with cybersecurity, data privacy, and operational safety standards.
  • Guide technical decisions on cloud infrastructure, edge computing, and OPC UA data pipelines.

What You Bring (required qualification and skill sets)

  • Degree in computer science/engineering or related field.
  • Proven +5 experience in architecting industrial IoT or digital twin platforms.
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Angular, NodeJS, Python, and C#.
  • Strong knowledge of cloud-native architectures (Azure preferred), microservices, and container orchestration.
  • Familiarity with robotics integration, AR/VR frameworks, and AI/ML pipelines.
  • Experience with OPC UA, MQTT, and real-time data streaming.
  • Deep understanding of Agile principles and experience working in Scrum or SAFe.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
