Your Role

As Product Lifecycle Manager (Switching Devices & Applications), you’ll own the lifecycle of Siemens’ family of overhead medium voltage switching devices - from concept through to end-of-life. You’ll bridge engineering, business and customer needs to deliver products that drive market growth and customer success.

What You’ll Do

• Lead product lifecycle management for OMVS switching devices

• Define product requirements and collaborate with R&D on new developments

• Analyse market trends, customer needs and competitor activity to guide strategy

• Plan and execute product launches and market introductions

• Work closely with the Connectivity & Ecosystem PLM to ensure portfolio integration

• Engage with customers and regional partners to gather feedback and strengthen value propositions

• Provide internal training and sales enablement tools to support global teams

• Monitor product performance, drive continuous improvement and manage phase-out activities

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field

• 5+ years’ experience in the medium voltage switchgear or related industry

• Strong technical knowledge of medium voltage systems (preferably overhead)

• Proven experience across all product lifecycle phases

• Strong analytical, communication and organisational skills

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a global environment

• Entrepreneurial mindset, practical approach and results-oriented attitude

• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
