What will you do?

Siemens Smart Infrastructure intelligently connects energy systems, buildings, and industries to adapt and evolve the way we live and work. In the Buildings division, we help create environments that care — smart, efficient, and sustainable spaces powered by innovation and collaboration.

We are seeking a mid-level Installers Account Manager to drive sales growth through our indirect channel, specifically targeting contractor and installer partners across Canada. This quota-carrying role focuses on building automation field devices, including actuators, sensors, valves, edge devices and gateways, and IoT-enabled components.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow revenue from existing contractor/installer partners nationally.
  • Identify, qualify, and onboard new installer accounts aligned with Siemens’ strategic goals.
  • Promote Siemens field devices and edge technologies, including IoT-enabled solutions.
  • Collaborate with product management and marketing to drive partner engagement and success.
  • Deliver product training and technical support to partners to ensure solution adoption.
  • Track and report on sales performance, pipeline development, and funnel health.
  • Leverage Salesforce CRM for account planning, forecasting, and funnel management.

What will you need to succeed?

  • Over 4 years of sales experience, preferably in building automation, HVAC, or related mechanical systems.
  • Strong understanding of contractor/installer business models and indirect sales channels.
  • Educational background in mechanical engineering, building systems, or equivalent technical certification.
  • Knowledge of HVAC systems and building automation technologies.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
  • Bilingual in English and French is mandatory.
  • Self-driven, collaborative, and comfortable working in a matrixed environment.

Territory: Across Canada. Primarily GTA, Ottawa and Montreal
