We are looking for a Fabrication Supervisor, which must be flexible to work weekends, holidays and overtime as needed to join our team! This position will be based at our Fort Worth, TX site.
You’ll make a difference by:
- Organizing, monitoring, and prioritizing tasks to meeting production goals (KPIs).
- Evaluating various stations of the production operation to ensure optimum efficiency.
- Ensuring the flow of raw materials and other resources.
- Ensuring production plans are completed on time; communicating with other manufacturing departments with transparency to work status.
- Coordinating workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules.
- Submit reports on performance and progress; identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements.

Basic Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED
- Knowledge of manufacturing tools and equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent organizational, communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, and a strong work ethic.
- Experience maintaining a safe working environment.
- Ability to supervise and motivate production teams.
- Ability to provide coaching/mentoring when appropriate.
- Experience with KPIs.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in manufacturing or production environment.

The pay range for this position is $74,970 - $128,520 annually. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
