We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Financial Analyst to support our manufacturing operations. This role is responsible for delivering financial insights, supporting budgeting and forecasting processes, and driving cost efficiency across production day-to-day activities. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, ERP transformation experience, and the ability to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders across various departments, factories, and business segments. This position is located in Pomona CA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a strategic finance partner to site Operations leadership, maintaining close alignment with daily factory activities to enable data-driven decisions.
- Lead financial planning and analysis for manufacturing, including budgeting, forecasting, and monthly performance reviews.
- Monitor and analyze key plant metrics such as utilization, scrap, yield, overtime, and variances; recommend corrective actions to improve performance.
- Collaborate with plant leadership to manage costs, support output planning, and oversee inventory and capital expenditure controls.
- Perform profitability and margin analyses to assess business efficiency and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and maintain high-quality financial reports and dashboards using SAP, Tableau, and other analytical tools.
- Apply advanced technical accounting knowledge to interpret Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet drivers, supporting accurate forecasting and planning.
- Utilize data mining, predictive modeling, and analytics to generate actionable insights and support strategic decisions.
- Lead and support system implementations - Sherpa X rollout, harmonization, automation, new process optimization and adoption, ensuring alignment with financial goals and operational needs.
- Monitor emerging technologies to identify opportunities for automation and process optimization.
- Ensure timely and accurate standard and ad hoc reporting of key financial information, maintaining compliance and data integrity.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a finance role within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficiency with SAP FI/CO and Microsoft Office tools.
- Current or former Siemens employees strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated expertise in budgeting, cashflow management, and financial analysis processes.
- Ability to handle technical finance tasks, including advanced modeling and data analysis.
- High level of adaptability to changing priorities while consistently maintaining accuracy and timeliness.

The pay range for this position is $73,685 - $126,317 annually with a target incentive of 5% of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
