Apply now for the position of Digitalization & Automation Specialist (Outsourcing Contract) Based in Egypt.

Digitalization & Automation Specialist designs, implements, and manages automated systems and digital processes to improve efficiency and productivity within our organization. The role involves Programming SW, integrating digital technologies into existing workflows, automating tasks, and analyzing performance to drive continuous improvement.

Your role:

·   Software Deployment & Configuration.

·   Managing Windows Server environments, including user and group management, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and service configuration.

·   Hands-on of virtualization platforms such as Hyper-V and VMware ESXi for system deployment and resource optimization.

·   Software installation, patching, and configuration of enterprise and diagnostic applications across multiple environments.

·   Programming of Low code with Power Fx like Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.

·   Create and maintain SQL Server databases, ensuring reliable, secure, and efficient integration with Power Platform and other systems.

·   Develop and manage SharePoint sites, lists, and libraries as centralized platforms for data storage, process automation, and collaboration.

·   Work closely with internal departments to ensure successful implementation of digital solutions, providing training and continuous support to end users.

Your expertise:

·    Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer science, information technology or have completed technical study in this field.

·    3–4 years of experience in a related domain, bringing valuable insights and skills.

   Excellent knowledge of English.

   Sense of responsibility and autonomy and a high capacity for learning.

   Availability for travel and dispatch to work onsite.

   A team player specially with customer service team.

   Experience in SharePoint customization using JSON formatting, Power Fx, or PowerShell scripting.

   Awareness of VPN tunnels (site-to-site and client-based), network firewalls, and remote connectivity solutions.

   Awareness of cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, including concepts like virtual machines, resource groups, and access control.

   Familiarity with Python, VBA, or REST API integrations for advanced automation.

   Knowledge of Agile methodologies and continuous improvement frameworks.

   Knowledge within DICOM standards and PACS workflows and integrating imaging modalities with hospital information systems (HIS/RIS).

   Strong understanding of networking fundamentals, including LAN/WAN configuration, IP addressing, subnetting, routing, and switching.

   Skilled in system performance monitoring, backup management, and updates.

   Basic experience with Linux operating systems, including command-line operations, service management, and permissions handling.

  knowledge of SQL databases, including query writing, data retrieval, and basic performance optimization.

  Outstanding analytical skills combined with knowledge of proven problem-solving techniques and have a passion for resolving technical problems promptly and professionally.

  Familiarity with AI fundamentals and basic concepts in automation & data analysis.
