From generators and batteries to fuel cells, the solutions are as diverse as they are innovative. Your role extends from engineering to commissioning on-board for the Oil Platforms / ship or Chemical Complex of Power Management System.
How You'll Make an Impact
- Lead the end-to-end bid process for Power Management System projects
- Develop a thorough understanding of client requirements and ensure all proposals meet or exceed expectations
- Prepare accurate cost estimates based on labor, materials, and other project requirements
- Conduct risk assessments to identify potential challenges and mitigate them in the proposal
- Maintain a library of standard templates, costing sheets, and documentation for future bids
- Work closely with sales and business development to understand client objectives, electrification requirements, and project scope.
- Conduct market and competitor research to position bids effectively within the electrification market.
- Stay updated on industry trends, innovative technologies, and market demands that impact the electrification sector.
- Support a smooth transition to project execution teams, ensuring they are fully informed about project details and scope.
- Ability to communicate clearly and precisely, both written and verbally, at all levels of the organization
- Experience with Advance switching and monitoring of power system.
- Experience in Protection relays configuration to automation system.
- Proficiency in PLC programming (CFC, FBD, Structured Text, etc.)
- Familiarity with automation protocols: Modbus, DNP3, IEC 61850 (GOOSE and MMS), OPC UA
- Hands-on experience with Energy Management Systems (EMS) and Battery Management Systems (BMS)
- Hands-on experience in LMS (Load Management System) Software development such as fast load shedding, slow load shedding.
- Hands-on experience in GMS (Generation Management System) Software development.
- Hands on experience in BESS (Battery Energy Storage System) Software development.
- Hand-on experience with PCS7, WinCC and Step 7, TIA portal
- Ability to design and implement control logic for power optimization.
- Experience in Grid Code compliance development in automation system for Different Regions.
- Experience in preparing technical documentation and compliance reports
- Ability to manage projects, timelines, and cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of IEEE, IEC, and NEMA standards

You are a graduate in Instrumentation, Electrical or Automation Engineering with consistent track record and relevant experience of 5 to 10 years in Automation/Electrical Engineering.
Good communication skills, fluency in English. (Written and oral)
Good Team Player & can communicate with Siemens Energy Global Regional Offices.
