Siemens Smart Infrastructure is seeking a Production Master Scheduler for our Electrification and Automation (EA) Business Unit, with a focus on the Protection and Automation Panels line. Headquartered in Wendell, NC, the EA Business Unit has a diverse portfolio of products, including, but not limited to, low-voltage MCC, CMR fuse saver, MV switchgear, MV circuit breakers, and metering, power monitoring, power quality, and protective relay maintenance and systems of a standard nature.

We are looking for a Production Master Scheduler. This position will be based in Wendell, NC and you will work a hybrid work model sharing time between the office and home.
You will make an impact by:
- Coordinate with AE, PM, CA, CPM, and SYS teams to ensure project schedules support timely engineering and factory output.
- Ensure product lines meet budget targets and schedule accuracy.
- Oversee scheduling of execution tasks, working with Engineering to release production packages and bills of materials on time.
- Report regularly on loading status and delivery reliability.
- Lead improvement projects when possible without impacting main duties.
- Assign production based on project complexity and employee skills.
- Maintain data integrity and monitor systems to ensure accurate information entry.
Basic Qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of relevant experience.
- Ability to work across various cultures and functional disciplines.
- Prior experience with continuous improvement, business processes, or production scheduling.
- Problem-solving abilities, passion, and ability to be a successful leader in a complex reporting environment.
- Proficient in monitoring, analyzing, and organizing large datasets.
- Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- English language proficiency
- Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
Preferred Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience:
- Knowledge of High, Medium, and Low Voltage electrical distribution equipment.
- Knowledge of Protection and Automation Systems of electrical systems.
- Prior experience with complex engineering, production, or service environments.
- Experience with Salesforce.com.
- SAP experience.
- Microsoft Project or similar.

The pay range for this position is $54,835 - $94,003 annually. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
