Job Description:
We require young, qualified Service Engineer for Large Power Transformer and Reactor as well as DT at Transformer factory kalwa.

Technical Qualification:
  • Diploma in Electrical Engineer with 12 to 14 years of experience or / Graduate Electrical Engineer from reputed Institute / university. (B. E / B. Tech) 8 to10 Years of experience in field of Power & HVDC transformer as well as Reactor.
  • Familiar with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)

Candidate should meet the following requirement:
  • Completes broad scope of technical tasks including installation/commissioning, maintenance and evaluation of customers’ equipment and systems among others.
  • Determines priorities of tasks and actions and schedules measures accordingly.
  • Adheres to relevant processes and regulations.
  • May manage sub-contractors and monitors delivery.
  • May be involved in technical design and developments for service offerings.
  • Work experience of handling customer complaint within warranty Period.
  • Sales & Service of Transformer & Reactor Spare.
  • Work in back office supports team to register the customer complaint and to provide the support to Customer & Field service engineers for resolution of site complaint.
  • Hands on experience for Installation & commissioning of Power & HVDC transformers & reactor up to 500 MVA & 765 KV at site.
  • QMS & EHS implementation and updating the ISO 14001 and ISO 45001documentation.
  • To follow the NCR Management system analysis and its timely compliance.
  • Implementation of CAPA measures.
  • Participation in Shop floor activities like Quality corner, Quality gate, and project closure meetings at factory.
  • Should be capable to handle the site manpower, contractor manpower, meeting customer requirements.
  • Should strictly adhere to EHS guidelines. He should be aware about the recent industry standards rules of safety, PTW, LOTO process, etc. and expert in preparing of EHS documents.
  • Responsible for EHS implementation as per Siemens & Contract requirement for the project
  • Supports customers remotely and onsite and provides user support in case of arising issues.
  • Contributes to or conducts the maintenance and improvement of internal tools, equipment, processes, and data repositories.
