Finance & Business Administration Specialist

You will make an impact with:

  • Maintain Financial Data Integrity: Maintain accurate sales orders and financial records using systems like SAP, ensuring strict compliance with internal and local accounting guidelines.
  • Manage Sales Fulfillment Cycle: Handle and monitor core operational tasks across the sales fulfillment cycle, including order calculation, execution, delivery coordination, billing, and payment collection.
  • Support Cost & Profit Optimization: Support cost controlling activities, including detailed cost analysis, to directly contribute to profit and cash flow optimization goals.
  • Engage External Stakeholders: Engage directly with customer representatives (finance, commercial, purchasing) to resolve related issues and maintain strong, collaborative relationships.
  • Drive Process Improvement: Contribute to operational process optimization and digitalization initiatives to enhance efficiency and data quality.
  • Collaborate on Financial Planning: Support specific financial analysis projects, including planning, reporting, and management analysis, as required by the controlling team.

Your Defining Qualities:
  • Educational Background: Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
  • Relevant Experience: 3–5 years of relevant professional experience in a finance, accounting, or business operations support role.
  • System Proficiency: Strong experience and precision using SAP and similar ERP systems for order management, billing, and record-keeping.
  • Core Competencies: Demonstrated strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills suitable for engaging both internal teams and external customers.
  • Mindset & Work Ethic: Proactive, self-motivated, and highly adaptive to change, with a proven history of working independently and as a reliable team player.
  • Language & Environment: Good command of English (spoken and written); experience working in a large multinational company is considered an advantage
