List of Activities

• GRN for Domestic (Without QR Inv) & Import (Including MIRO Process)

• Run the Open Purchase Order and share with GBS team for Sales Order creation

• Ensure Palletization Process as per Export Order

• Maintaining the Physical Stock.

• Verification of Inward Stock (Production material movement)

• GRN for Inward Stock.

• Dispatch details sharing for Domestic Dispatch to regional team

• Creation of Purchase Requisition

• Courier Bill is working and allocating the Cost center to the respective region for passing JV through commercial team

• Loading / Unloading Bill process for Payment.

• Verification of Physical Stock for outward Materials.

• Preparing Export Documents

o Inv & PL, Supporting Doc.& Labels.

• Verifying the statement of Interim Account and passing the entry through GBS team

• Co-ordinating and monitoring store activities

This role is based in Pondicherry, where you’ll get the chance to work with teams impacting entire cities, countries – and the shape of things to come.
