Technical Project Manager

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to join our Brightly team in Cairo, Egypt.
Responsibilities:
- Lead coordination and planning for project activities to ensure that the processes run smoothly from initiation, through execution, and delivery.
- Assist in defining project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and success metrics in collaboration with technical leads and stakeholders.
- Manage project risks, dependencies, and resource allocations across multiple engineering disciplines.
- Manage the interaction between engineering, product and other functions by identifying priorities, defining cross-functional breakthroughs, and coordinating schedules.
- Own project documentation, status tracking, and communication between stakeholders to ensure delivery and overall project health.
- Help drive communication and clarity across all levels of the organization.
- Contribute to an environment that's conducive to a great execution culture and removes obstacles to project completion.
Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Hands on experience as a project manager including experience in launching and delivering projects and prior experience managing software projects through their full lifecycle.
- Proven ability to solve complicated problems creatively and effectively.
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills, empathy for the needs of all stakeholders, and a track record of delivering projects.
- Good knowledge of software engineering and product management practices, with the ability to advocate for stakeholders and product owners.
- Experience in a rapid growth of the organization, working cross-functionally with teams delivering enterprise software.
- Strong bias for action, demonstrated ability to drive projects forward and an intrinsic ability to deal with ambiguity.
- Strong familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional technical projects.

- Fluency with (Jira & Confluence, Excel/Google Sheets, Powerpoint/Google Slides, LucidChart/Spark).
- Project Management / Agile certifications (PMP, CSM, etc.) are highly desired.
