In this role you will:

• Analyse technical manuals and procedures to find training needs for Siemens Mobility and rail customers.
• Design and develop VET-compliant training: lesson plans, guides, workbooks, e-learning, exercises, and assessments.
• Work with engineers, technicians, project managers, and other experts to ensure content is accurate and relevant.
• Use proven instructional design models (like ADDIE or SAM) for effective learning.
• Keep training materials up to date with new products and industry standards.
• Stay current with trends in instructional design, adult learning, and VET.

Your qualifications and experience:

• Experience in instructional design or technical training, ideally in rail or transport.
• Strong knowledge of VET standards and frameworks.
• Able to turn complex technical info into clear, engaging learning.
• Great at working with people from different backgrounds and roles.
