Instructional Designer – Technical & VET

In this role you will:
- Analyse technical manuals and procedures to find training needs for Siemens Mobility and rail customers.
- Design and develop VET-compliant training: lesson plans, guides, workbooks, e-learning, exercises, and assessments.
- Work with engineers, technicians, project managers, and other experts to ensure content is accurate and relevant.
- Use proven instructional design models (like ADDIE or SAM) for effective learning.
- Keep training materials up to date with new products and industry standards.
- Stay current with trends in instructional design, adult learning, and VET.
Your qualifications and experience:
- Experience in instructional design or technical training, ideally in rail or transport.
- Strong knowledge of VET standards and frameworks.
- Able to turn complex technical info into clear, engaging learning.
- Great at working with people from different backgrounds and roles.
