We are seeking a highly experienced BPMN Analyst & Developer with a strong focus on Camunda.
This role is crucial for bridging the gap between business requirements and technical implementation, ensuring our automated processes are well-designed, efficient, and scalable. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of process definition, from initial analysis and design to preparing executable BPMN and DMN artifacts for deployment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process Analysis & Design: Conduct in-depth analysis of existing and new business processes, identifying opportunities for optimization and automation. Design clear, efficient, and resilient end-to-end business processes.
• Camunda BPMN & DMN Artifact Creation: Translate designed processes into high-quality Camunda BPMN models and DMN decision tables, ensuring they are ready for development and deployment within our orchestration platform.
• Technical-Business Liaison: Act as a key interface between business stakeholders and technical development teams, translating business needs into technical specifications and vice-versa.
• Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate workshops, gather requirements, and present process designs to various stakeholders across SI B, ensuring alignment and buy-in.
• Platform Integration Understanding: Collaborate with development teams to ensure BPMN/DMN artifacts integrate seamlessly with our Kafka, MongoDB, and Restate.dev-based architecture.
• Quality Assurance: Participate in testing and validation of implemented processes to ensure they meet business requirements and performance standards.
• Documentation: Create comprehensive documentation for process designs, BPMN models, and DMN rules.
You’ll win us over by:
• Having An engineering degree B.E/B.Tech/MCA/M.Tech/M.Sc with good academic record.
• Experience between 2 to 5 Years. Relevant with Camunda should be 2+ Years.
• Extensive experience as a BPMN Analyst or Developer, with a proven track record of designing and implementing complex business processes.
• Deep expertise with Camunda Platform (BPMN, DMN, CMMN is a plus), including modeling, execution, and optimization.
• Strong understanding of modern distributed systems and event-driven architectures, particularly with Kafka.
• Familiarity with NoSQL databases, specifically MongoDB.
• Experience with microservices orchestration concepts, ideally with exposure to frameworks like Restate.dev or similar.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex problems into manageable components.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical process designs and executable artifacts.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
