You’ll make an impact by 

• Develop integrated marketing campaigns aligned with business goals for the Electrification and Automation portfolio and target industries.
• Transform business challenges into innovative marketing solutions across diverse channels, including webinars, videos, and digital ads.
• Focus campaigns on key sectors like power utilities, data centers, and manufacturing, leveraging market insights and competitor analysis.
• Monitor and optimize campaign performance using analytics tools and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain consistent messaging and branding throughout all campaigns.
• Stay informed about emerging marketing trends and technologies within the industrial sector.

This is how you'll win us over

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or Engineering.
• Experience & Skills
• Several years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the industrial or technology sector.
• Experience in power systems, grid automation and protection and/or industry know-how in Power Utilities, Semiconductor, Battery Manufacturing, Data Centers, Automotive, and Chemical industries is critical to balance the campaign.
• Extensive sales experience with global clients to create impactful campaigns, supported by a robust portfolio of self-created content and media productions.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, automation tools, and proficiency in SEO, SEM, and paid social media advertising.
• Excellent ability to interpret data with analytical skills that transform insights into actionable strategies, leveraging marketing analytics tools and CRM systems.
• Strong project management skills to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously, with adaptability to learn new technologies.
• Experience in AI for research and production, focusing on automation and scalability.
• Highly effective communication skills and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business solutions.
• Languages: Fluency in English required, additional language skills highly desired.
