Area Sales Professional

Location: Kolkata


We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Executive to manage and expand our LV Motors customer base in Eastern India. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of motors and switchgears, excellent sales acumen, and a proven ability to develop and maintain strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate enquiries and identify the most suitable products for customer requirements.

  • Prepare competitive offers, conduct follow-ups, negotiate effectively, and close sales orders.

  • Execute direct and indirect sales, including channel management and customer relationship management.

  • Plan, monitor, and review business strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.

  • Conduct product presentations, organize seminars, and provide technical insights to customers.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM tools.

  • Follow company sales process guidelines, ensuring all necessary approvals and documentation are obtained.

  • Regularly monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.


Requirements / Skills:

  • B.E./B.Tech. is a MUST

  • 5+ years experience within motor industry. 

  • Strong technical knowledge of switchgears and motors.

  • Understanding of commercial concepts and experience in channel handling.

  • Proven ability to conduct regular business reviews with channel partners to drive business development.

  • Quality and result-oriented mindset, with an entrepreneurial spirit.

  • Strong customer focus with excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
