We are looking for: SDS Professional,

You’ll make an impact by:

·       Team & Role Coaching

·       Build high-performing, self-managed, cross-functional teams through mentoring, conflict resolution, and empirical decision-making.

·       Coach Scrum Masters on facilitation, impediment removal, team metrics, and servant leadership.

·       Coach Product Owners on backlog refinement, prioritization techniques, slicing strategies, user-centric discovery, and product value alignment.

·       Product Delivery & Collaboration.

·       Enable teams to adopt strong product practices: user story mapping, hypothesis-driven changes, outcomes over outputs.

·       Support backlog creation, story slicing, INVEST criteria, estimation techniques, and readiness/DoD standards.

·       Partner with Product Managers and UX/Engineering leads to ensuring alignment between discovery and delivery.

·       Improve transparency by introducing meaningful value-and-flow metrics, guiding measurable and outcome-focused improvements over time.

Use your skills to move the world forward!

·       Bachelor's/master’s degree in any branch of engineering.

·       Should be an engineering graduate with 12+ years of experience including 5 years in software development as developer / tester

·       Good experience in creating project dashboards for transparency to the scrum team & stakeholders.

·       Conducted workshops like Roles & responsibilities, team working agreements,

·       Definition of Done etc. 

·       Should posses good communication skills & story telling are desirable skills. Suitable Certifications. 

·       Certifications such as CSM / A-CSM / PSM I/II , ICP-ACC, ICP-ATF (Coaching & Facilitation).
