We are looking for: Systems Engineer (Systems Engineer - MES),
You’ll make an impact by:
· Complete solution implementations for AGW (Advanced Gateway) systems, including process changes and performance monitoring.
· Maintain and support existing AGW and DMM (Digital Manufacturing Management) MES solutions (incident management, updates, testing, and user training).
· Establish technical requirements and budgets for new capabilities.
· Develop and follow implementation plans to meet site expectations within timing and budget.
· Identify and raise project risks; communicate status regularly to all partners.
· Monitor and report performance to ensure business goals are met and new methods are upheld.
· Integrate AGW and DMM MES with other applications (ERP Systems, WMS, Automation Devices, etc.).
· Create and maintain technical documentation.
· Support manufacturing process knowledge (fabrication, assembly, wiring, testing, shipping, etc.).
· Serve as a customer concern point for MES-related issues, coordinating identification and correction of impaired solutions.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams (manufacturing, technology, engineering, finance, procurement, business management).

· Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering is preferred.
· Additional knowledge of Computer Science is considered an added advantage.
· 3-6 years’ experience.
· Good experience working with AGW and DMM MES, including technical upgrades and customizations.
· Experience integrating MES with other enterprise applications.
· Technical documentation creation experience.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Commitment to continued professional growth and development.
· Team player with the ability to interface effectively at all organizational levels.
· Strong work ethics: reliability, productivity, and ownership.
· Self-motivated, with demonstrated initiative and ability to deliver assignments with moderate direction.
